Merchant both. Although to be honest I would probably keep the hammer as a collectable oddity, I have never seen a gold req 4 or a gold that was 11 points off from max damge. Never be worth anything but it'd be funny to have. Hell I'll give ya 1k for it if you want to get rid of it.
